You'll need to read the self-reading handouts A Return to Chinese Rule and Samurai and Shoguns and be prepared for quizzes on Monday. In addition, you'll also need to read the advanced-reading handout Japan Returns to
Isolation and be prepared for a quiz on Wednesday.
As always, come to class with all reading material highlighted and notes taken.
You'll need to continue working on your vocabulary worksheets.
